According to legend, traveling Buddhist missionaries treated people found their way with this curative drink. Gradually , green tea gained recognition worldwide.

When brewing green tea, it is very important to keep the proportion of water and tea leaves. When It is moderately strong green tea acquires a pronounced healing effect. With increasing the strength of green tea ,color and taste of the drink change. Light green and lemon-green tea acquires an intense yellow in color, and the taste becomes tart and astringent.
To avoid the bitter taste of the brewed beverage, of dry green tea, you must first pour boiling water and immediately drain the water. After this procedure, fill the entire volume of tea leaves with boiling water to one-third again, and let to brew for five minutes. And only after that add more hot water.
Adding sugar to green tea is not recommended, as the drink gains unnatural taste. True lovers of green tea believe that sugar is not just "kill" the taste of the drink, but also to change its unique and delicate flavor.
By the number of nutrients, green tea, perhaps, superior to black tea. It helps to control overweight ,and decreases the high-pressure washing out salts from the body.
Drinking green tea may be recommended to get rid of physical and mental fatigue and also headaches.. Scientists have shown that people who prefer to drink green tea, rarely suffer from cancer of the esophagus and intestine due to high bactericidal properties of the beverage.
